I’m a Technical Program and Project Manager – I help high performing, technical / multidisciplinary teams as they develop hardware prototypes, products, technologies, and manufacturing processes from R&D through testing and launch. I’ve lived a lot of life, have a diverse background and a long list of skills that enable me to jump on any problem.
In my current role I’m developing custom silicon chips - making sure that they are verified in simulation environments prior to tape out

my teams rapidly turn ideas into testable prototypes
I love digging into problems to understand core issues and assumptions. Using simple and elegant designs I can build something remarkably fast to test those problems. I can have an idea during a morning walk, CAD that day and print that night, assemble then test the next. Add a few days in there if code needs to be written or electronics need to be soldered (well, let’s be honest - at least 1.5 weeks for a functional proto with electronics)!

my best work is done with a team - ideally a small team. I love working hard with other passionate people on ambiguous problems, critically thinking through the merits and shortcomings of differing viewpoints to forge a path forward.
keep the users first
Keeping users first avoids being a solution looking for a problem. I’m constantly pushing myself and the team to keep end users top of mind.
